RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

30-Day Return Period

  • Days 1-14: Eligible for full refund to original payment method
  • Days 15-30: Eligible for store credit only
  • All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Visit our Returns Portal at [link] or email us at [email]
  • Provide your order number and the items you wish to return
  • You will receive a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Place items securely in original packaging (or similar protective packaging)
  • Include all original tags, pouches, and documentation
  • Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your package
  • Remove or cover the original shipping label

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Drop off your package at any [carrier] location
  • Obtain a receipt with tracking information for your records
  • You will receive email confirmation once we receive your return

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

  • Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after arrival at our facility
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

RETURN SHIPPING

Within First 14 Days: Free return shipping with prepaid label

Days 15-30: $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit

EXCHANGES

We're happy to help you find the perfect piece! To exchange an item:

  • Contact our customer service team at [email]
  • We'll issue a store credit for the original item
  • You can then place a new order for your desired piece
  • If there's a price difference, you'll be charged or refunded accordingly

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved pieces
  • Items purchased during promotional periods marked "Final Sale"
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Gift cards

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We carefully inspect all items before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they've been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend:

  • Selecting a secure delivery location
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Contacting the shipping carrier if your package appears lost

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International return policies will be established when we expand our shipping options.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refund Method: Issued to original payment method only
  • Gift Purchases: Refunded as store credit
  • Multiple Payment Methods: Refunds will be split proportionally to original payment split
  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Posting Time: Additional 3-5 business days for refund to appear on your statement
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

OnlyIfYouKnow.com stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If a piece fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase:

  • Contact us at dan@onlyifyouknow.com with photos and description of the issue
  • We will repair or replace the item at no charge
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping for warranty inspection
