ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is also available at checkout. Please note that orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. 

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at dan@onlyifyouknow.com if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make modifications, but you may return items according to our return policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you have an account with us, you can also view your order status by logging into your account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns within the first 14 days are eligible for a full refund. Returns initiated between 15-30 days are eligible for store credit only. Please see our full Return Policy page for complete details.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please visit [your website]/returns or contact our customer service team at dan@onlyifyouknow.com. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items purchased with promotional discount codes marked as "final sale"
  • Engraved jewelry
  • Items damaged due to wear or misuse 

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! You can exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange. If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

How do I care for my OnlyIfYouKnow.com jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or showering
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning products
  • Store pieces separately in a cool, dry place (preferably in the provided pouch or box)
  • Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth
  • For pieces with gemstones, avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes, we use high-quality materials that are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Our pieces are nickel-free and meet industry standards for skin safety.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

We craft our pieces using premium materials including sterling silver, 14K gold plating, rose gold, semiprecious stones, freshwater pearls, and hand-selected beads. Each product page lists the specific materials used in that piece.

How do I determine my size?

For bracelets: Measure your wrist and add 0.5-1 inch for a comfortable fit.

For necklaces: Most of our necklaces come in standard lengths (16", 18", 20"). Check individual product pages for specific measurements.

For rings: Please refer to our size guide onlyifyouknow.com or contact customer service for assistance.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping for all jewelry orders. Simply select "This is a gift" at checkout, and we'll wrap your items in our signature packaging.
